Phasing and Parcels

Marketside Village will likely be developed in three phases, starting on the West side (Williamsburg Street), with approximately one third of the 1.8 acre parcel being developed as Phase 1. This will ensure “activation” of space immediately adjacent to the Farmer’s Market, adding a fun and interesting place for farmer’s market customers to linger, grab a coffee and do some shopping. Phase 1 will most likely comprise four buildings. While size can be adjusted based on  retail partner / tenant needs, this would likely comprise the buildings below listed as A, B, C, D and E.
